Description
Dr. Melnykov received her Master's degree in Applied Statistics from North Dakota State University in 2013 and PhD degree from the University of Alabama in 2017. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama. She also holds a position of senior statistician in the Institute of Data and Analytics at UA. Dr. Melnykov’s research interests lie in the areas of change point inference and finite mixture modeling.
