Abstract
The objectives of this study are to (a) determine the readability of a selected patient consent form using Fry and SMOG formulas, (b) determine the reading levels of the participants using WRAT-R Level 2 Reading subtest, (c) determine the participants comprehension of the consent form using the Cloze technique, and (d) determine the relationship between the reading level and comprehension of consent form.
