Abstract
This paper describes a data ordering system designed to help the user access TIROS-N series satellite data used in earth science research and global change studies. Major aspects of the system design are discussed, including the RCS version control system used to manage the UNIX file system, as well as the designs of the X-Station and World Wide Web interface systems. In addition, improvements to the X-Station interface are proposed and implemented.
