Abstract
Using Sillar's (1980) conflict resolution strategy scale, this study focuses on conflict resolution in the classroom between International and Non-International students and their instructors. In addition, a relational satisfaction scale was used to focus on the level satisfaction and uncertainty experienced by the students. The results suggest that International and Non-International students resolve their conflicts by using an integrative resolution strategy. This study also proposes that relational satisfaction with an instructor increases as the uncertainty level decreases.
