Abstract
The goal of this research was to determine the method of regulation of translation for the PRRSV E protein. Since this is a protein whose existence has been in the past questioned, no work has been published on the North American PRRSV E protein, or any work done to confirm its existence. For this reason, any information that can be acquired by research on this protein is valued incredibly.
