Description

One of the most important things in working with people—young people or adults—is willingness to accept a person as he is and attempt to understand him. Our job is to accept the adolescent as he is, with all his weaknesses, his carelessness, his uncertainties, his differences and his problems, and help him see the good qualities which he possesses.
