Description
Epidemiologists and other experts in the field of infectious disease feel that, in the absence of AIDS, Lyme disease would be the disease of the decade. Because it is spread from animals to humans under natural conditions, people working in agriculture and in regions with high populations of dogs, cats, horses, and cattle, need to be aware of this disease (1,2,3).
