Description
Maybe you feel like you have a cold or the flu. That’s always possible, but it also could mean that you’ve fallen victim to one of the infamous four. The four common causes of food poisoning are four different bacteria. These microscopic organisms multiply rapidly when they have the proper warmth, food, and moisture. For bacteria that means temperatures from 40 to 140 degrees, protein foods, and a moist atmosphere.
