It explains the Small Wetlands Program administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Water Bank Program managed by the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service, state land tax incentives, as well as Minnesota’s Wetland Tax Credit Law and Iowa’s county tax exemption for natural areas.
