Daily reach-averaged chlorophyll-a concentration, water velocity, and water temperature for 38 large rivers throughout Wisconsin, USA.
Data reflect current (2000-2021) and predicted future (mid- and late-21^st century) conditions under climate change (RCP 8.5 scenario).
