Abstract
Please be advised that the individuals listed in the program do not constitute an official confirmation of having met the graduation requirements. The 1986 Fall Graduation Exercises will commence with introductions by University President Robert T. Wagner. Serving as honorary marshals are Dorothy E. Deethardt, Professor Emeritus of Food Research, and Leslie D. Kamstra, Professor Emeritus of Animal Science. Dr. Donald P. Evenson, Professor of Chemistry, will deliver the commencement address titled, "Research is the Foundation of Education." Dr. Paul E. Nordstrom, Acting Vice President for Academic Affairs, will extend acknowledgment to honor students. The commissioning of Army and Air Force Officers will be conducted by Lt. Col. Orville Smidt and Lt. Col. Danny Mencke.
